With over a decade of experience in technology, we’ve built and scaled software development teams, designed IT infrastructure, and delivered products—not just as recruiters, but as engineers, product managers, and advisors.

Ada Hire was founded by Rainer Nunez, a Carnegie Mellon University graduate with degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science, specializing in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Before transitioning into recruitment, Rainer worked as a Data Engineer and Project Manager for various startups and financial institutions, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges of hiring top technical talent.
